Since 1997, I've built a hands-on foundation in real estate that goes far beyond the transaction. My experience spans carpentry, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, flipping, remodeling, property management, project management, data analysis, lending, and brokerage. This depth allows me to identify opportunities — and risks — that others often miss, helping protect your investment from day one.

Before real estate, my career spanned both the entertainment industry and corporate leadership. From Broadway and major studios like Disney, Nickelodeon, HBO, and Universal, to a decade working with Fortune 100 & 500 companies in sales, training, and regional management — I built a foundation centered on communication, performance, and results. I've also had the privilege of speaking nationally on "Tools for Success."
